Having complete insurance coverage, an HPO license and ample bonding capacity allows us to undertake a wide range of projects. 
Quest Projects will provide professional site personnel to oversee the physical components of construction. Our ‘team’ of site personnel consists of qualified site supervisors, construction safety officers, WCB approved first aid attendants, carpenters and labourers. Quest Projects will pursue cost savings, maintain coordination with consultants, undertake trade contracting, monitor expenses, scheduling and quality assurance. These are all essential elements for the accountability and control measures provided by our firm to ensure success on the project. 
Close out and turnover are often perceived as the most difficult issues to finalize. Quest Projects views this phase as an ideal opportunity to fortify the relationships we have established with our clients. Reconciliation of contracts, collection of inspection and occupancy documentation, preparation of operation manuals and warranty administration are some of the important services we can provide our clients.

Their expertise in design-build, property (structural, seismic and envelope) analysis, renovations and retrofits coupled with our construction knowledge make us a formidable team. Through our relationship with Chercover Massie & Associates Ltd. and the client, the complexity, delays and unforeseen costs typically associated with these types of projects will be minimized. Specific project requirements are preserved, cost efficiency is implemented, schedules and budgets can be maintained and greater profit margins may be realized.
